Speech Therapy at Home

I am a strong believer of working with children and caregivers in their home environments for maximizing generalization of tailored speech and language skills.  Providing services at home offers a safe environment for children to feel comfortable and confident. I incorporate multi-sensory stimulation, dance/movement/music, games, and various prompting techniques (e.g., tactile, kinesthetic, semantic, phonemic) into speech sessions.

Speech Therapy at School

I am available to provide speech services in schools and daycare centers to facilitate communication with peers and assist with daily activities. Providing speech therapy services at school allows children to learn side-by-side with peers while supporting social and pragmatic language growth.  I firmly believe that collaborating with parents/caregivers, teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and ABA providers is key for maximizing the progress of each child.

Academic Tutoring

I provide general academic tutoring to ensure that speech and language development translates into academic success through help with homework and test preparation. My goal is to provide basic building blocks to children so that they have a solid understanding of pre-reading skills, phonemic awareness and writing skills, comprehension of quantitative and qualitative concepts, and other literacy skills.
